| Erasing European Credit Card Debts
Statistics show that 35% of Europeans have some form of debt, most of them for a home loan. It is common knowledge amongst bankers that most people do not know how to handle their loan account well and end up paying thousands in unnecessary interest. Banks are making millions in profit because Europeans are unable to take proper care of their Loan Accounts. Gordon Gecko is an American consultant who is now in Europe and he is advocating the use of Debt Consolidation. This is a totally new concept for Europe. Many people in Europe are paying a house loan, car loan, another loan for appliances and credit card payments. This is ridiculous says Gordon Gecko By utilizing debt consolidation one may take out one loan to pay off many others. This has the added advantage of securing a lower interest rates, and a fixed interest rate whilst conveniently dealing with only one loan agency he continued.
Some big mistakes I hope not to make
Otherwise, a personal loan is cheaper than card debt. Moneyexpert.com says nearly 40% of all bank or building-society current accounts offer an interest-free overdraft limit, and the average amount of free cash can be as high as £3,500. But fewer than half automatically set up an overdraft for customers straying into the red: you have to demand your rights. Don’t pay bills early or late, but on time. With regular payments, such as credit card or utility bills, you can set up an alert to remind you when to pay – or you can do it yourself. Check the rates for paying annual bills monthly so you can budget more cleverly and spread the cost. It may pay to borrow and pay it all early, but some firms charge you nothing for putting monthly instalments on direct debit.

Pearce: Life goes on without loan stars
Both are likely to be in contention for a starting spot next weekend at Cheltenham for what Pearce dubbed a "massive game". He said: "I've played with Josh Gowling and Russ Perrett and they're both quality players. "One or both of them will come back and do a great job." Pearce, who formed a partnership with namesake Alex in the absence of Gowling and Perrett, tries to improve his game by watching the likes of the former Luton player in action. He added: "I look at Russ in training and he's very good on the ball and a strong player. He's very experienced and you can always learn from players older than you." BLOB Reading trio Henry, Pearce and Golbourne have all been named in the club's provisional squad to face Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane in the FA Cup third round this afternoon.
Swigart brings up issues during council meeting
Swigart brought forth a list of issues, including bringing the city's public bathrooms up to ADA compliance, the bike path between Reynolds Grocery and Ninth Avenue, and the bridge across Lone Tree, noting he felt the "ball was dropped" on them.Mayor Bret Smelser said the funding for the bathroom project was in the 2007 budget, but the project did not get completed due to constraints of time and manpower. He said that board has asked for drawings and a cost estimate, but that information is not yet completed. On the bridge issue, Meldahl said the project is being held up due to negotiations with the federal government."It has been rejected by FEMA to date," Meldahl said.
