Getting Past ‘Oh!’: Why Americans Misunderestimate the Depravity ...
Most Americans have long ago now reached two conclusions about their government. First, that George W. Bush is an incompetent president with, additionally, a temperament ill-suited to the job. And second, that his grand project - the invasion of Iraq - was a major mistake. Both these conclusions are absolutely incorrect. But only by omission. They are, in fact, quite accurate as far as they go - it's just that they don't go nearly far enough. Bush is incompetent and Iraq is likely the greatest foreign policy blunder in two-plus centuries of American history. But to say that - and particularly to say that alone - does not truly do justice to either disaster, Bush or his war. The truth about this president and his motives for war are far, far uglier than the words ‘incompetence' or ‘mistake' imply.

Stock Upgrades, Downgrades From TheStreet.com Ratings
Men's Wearhouse had been rated buy since January 2006. Zumiez (ZUMZ - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr), an outdoor apparel maker, has been downgraded to sell. The company's weaknesses can be seen in several areas, including its generally disappointing historical performance of the stock itself, unsatisfactory return on equity and weak operating cash flow. Zumiez's share price has slipped 34.69% from a year ago. Investors have so far failed to pay much attention to the earnings improvements the company has managed to achieve over the last quarter. Although its share price is down sharply from a year ago, investors should not assume that it can now be tagged as cheap and attractive. The reality is that, based on its current price in relation to its earnings, Zumiez is still more expensive than most of the other companies in its industry.

Then, all of a sudden, he's been canceling our dates to go hang out with his friend and his friend's girlfriend then acts like I'm crazy when I feel hurt. I've explained to him that it hurts my feelings, and he responds by saying, well let's go do "X." It's as if he only hangs out with me when he has nothing better to do. What should I do? .
